Experience Strategy
Experience strategies are clear statements that guide decisions about technology and features. These statements define the experience of your product or service - what users want to accomplish, create, achieve, feel, etc. We use different techniques to uncover the behaviors and motivations of your audience:

* Context analysis
* Observation and field research
* Collaborative ideation
* Concept development

By combining these techniques with an understanding of your business goals, business context and organizational capabilities, we develop an unique experience strategy for your product or service.

Experience Design
Experience design is the practice of designing products and services - i.e. human experiences - based on the audience's needs, desires, beliefs, knowledge, skills and perceptions.

* Service design
* Interaction design
* Information architecture
* Information design
* Graphic design

Building great products and services involves more than usability and user requirements. We apply our knowledge, experience and creativity to design experiences that make people happy and deliver real value - both to our clients and their audience.Services
